What will you do?

You’ll work directly on high impact engineering problems across:

• Our state of the art memory + agent architecture.
  • Build the best user simulation tech: mirror cognition, writing style, and memory.
  • Build the platform to create and operate the agentic version of you.
• Front-end product engineering.
  • Build the most beautiful daily use app of all time.
  • How can Sentience blend into every surface of your life and work?
• The Sentience communication platform.
  • Build the Human to Sentience and Sentience ↔ Sentience communication platform. Build the network for humans and their Sentiences to interact.

About you

We don’t hold any of these requirements as hard blockers, and you should reach out if you are excited - even if you don’t fit any/all of these.

• 3–10 years experience shipping production software (startups + former founders preferred).
  • If you want to be a founder some day, we want to give you the skills and exposure to do that.
• Deep passion, obsession, spike in anything - video games, music, sports. Tell us what you are uniquely obsessed with.
• Experience (+ deep personal interest) in at least one of: Rust, Python, TypeScript, React, RAG/VectorDBs, building an agent with tool calling.
• Use LLMs in all aspects of your dev workflow: Claude Code or Cursor power user.
  • Bonus for Vim / Emacs (or equivalent).
• Interest in the human mind, neuroscience, human psychology.
• Fascinated by AI systems/optimizations. Excited about integrating AI research into a product millions of people will use everyday.
